Athens Cheap Hotels

Can anyone recommend a budget hotel in Athens, Greece?

I will be in Athens for four days in September. I'd like a budget hotel (40-60 Euro range) that is quiet, with a reasonable breakfast included, with air conditioning and with a lift. I am a single woman so I'd like a fairly safe neighborhood. I've been to Athens before and am an experienced traveler, so I know it's hot, smoggy, and dirty, but I also think it's a wonderful fascinating city. Ideally, the hotel should be on a side quieter street and also near a metro stop.

3. Check TripAdvisor.com. You can search for a hotel based on your budget. I've stayed at the Adrian, and the Amalia hotel is also fairly cheap, but definitely not quiet. Hotel Adonis and Jason Inn are both near metros and quiet. If you are into hostels, there is the Student & Travellers Inn in Plaka.
